Cancellation Policy:​

Please bear in mind when you book an appointment this time is reserved exclusively for you. Late cancellations and no-shows really affect my income.

I will contact you two days before your appointment and will ask for a 50% deposit to confirm the booking.  

If you cancel 24-48 hours before your appointment the deposit will be forfeit.

No-shows or cancellations made within 24 hours will be charged at the full appointment cost.
